Details: Until February 24, 2026, the suspect is obliged to:
– not to leave Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia, Lviv, Kyiv oblasts and the city of Kyiv without the permission of the investigator, prosecutor or court;
– notify the investigator, prosecutor or court about a change of residence;
– submit to the authorized body your passport for traveling abroad, other documents giving the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine, except for the passport of a citizen of Ukraine.
What preceded:
- On October 4, 2024, law enforcement officers exposed Tetiana Krupa, head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise, and her son, Oleksandr Krupa, an official of the regional office of the Pension Fund, for illegal enrichment.
- On October 7, 2024, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv chose a preventive measure against Tetyana Krupa. She was remanded in custody for 60 days (until December 3) with the possibility of bail in the amount of UAH 500 million.
- The National Agency for Search and Management of Assets has searched for the first assets of five persons involved in criminal schemes in MSEK.
- In particular, it concerns 128 units of residential and non-residential real estate (including residential buildings and apartments in regional centers, apartments in Kyiv, apartments, entertainment complexes, garages, parking spaces, offices), 140 plots of land, 30 cars, including premium class cars, corporate rights for a total amount of over UAH 20 million, millions of hryvnias in bank accounts, weapons.
- In November, hromadske reported in its investigation that in the village of Volitsa, Khmelnytskyi region, the family of the former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEK Tetyana Krupa owns 10 plots of land and 9 houses. Most of this property was acquired in 2021-2022.
- Higher Anti-Corruption Court released Krupa from custody and imposed a preventive measure on her in the form of a bail in the amount of 20 million hryvnias,
