This is our time with you – it is time to become stronger, to be people. We have no other. This is one of the most important awareness that Ukrainians should be made as soon as possible. Most of our citizens live with the idea that there is now some tragic deformation of the usual system, and you just need to wait a little, to fight, to suffer, until this threat passes. Meanwhile, we pass with you.
Time is a mental construct. It does not exist as such. But there is a duration of movement. There is our ability to curb chaos and use it for development. Most people are not aware of this, and easily fall into traps. They become tight, stuffy. They cannot realize their own personality. And once a person should feel like the master of his own movement, at this time, even such a tragic, marked by the fate of chaos and uncertainty. Hence the subjectivity begins.

Subjectness is a conscious freedom revealed in action. In order to understand freedom, it is necessary to pack the whole world with a set of human experiences in personality, in one specific “I”. Our time in the world needs to be embedded. The conscious action also becomes a certain format of service – allows you to realize your own experience in favor of the public good. You must first open your own freedom, wrap in the right words, name by name, realize. And then to show, to argue, to believe that it still exists.
The ability to learn is the art of stable and strong. One of the mechanisms of how to form the power of efficiently survive difficult times. It is worth going out of every situation with new insights, at least small, but quite specific awareness – perhaps they will once become decisions.
Even from existential threats, from the drama that the whole country is experiencing, we can get stronger. There are two important principles necessary for this: quality contact with reality and the ability to interact systematically.
Quality contact with reality is when I understand 1) what happens, 2) how exactly happens and 3) How can I influence that. It is the key to success, the condition of victory of any scale and in any field. Otherwise, you can move a lot and spend energy, and it will be – they went in a circle or have not reached there.
Thanks to the common vocabulary of agreed meanings, we clearly formulate a common understanding of what is happening. A simple analysis will help to find out the processes-how everything happens, to understand the cause and effect. The third is the understanding that I am not a hostage, but some of the process can influence it at least at the level of my own attitude. The world of people is created by people. Even with limited resources and capabilities, the correct setup allows us not to stay away, but to perform our influence, to direct the chaos of events to understandable and desired horizons.
Communication for the social organism – as a blood flow for living. The dictionary is at the heart of the formation of social groups, they are its result. We coordinate the values that make a coordinated interaction, and it is human civilization. Society is a complex multi -level communication system. Man is created by experience, and human society is communications.
Language is a matrix of worldview. For example, we use many impersonal verbs, unbound sentences and passive verbs. We are accustomed to the absence of the subject, and therefore – the subject, and therefore – responsibility. “Everything will be fine!” – Psychological buffer, not a social design algorithm. “Rain …” – sounds beautiful. But who? Where? When? In English translation: “Іs raining“. There is even a separate grammatical category – Fake Subject. That is, there must be a subject” IT “, because if there is a result, someone has to cause it. The plate cannot” break up “on its own – someone has broken. Someone has to take responsibility for what is happening. Our reality, we spend energy, resource in vain.
History has deprived Ukrainians a sense of subjectivity. As a result, we have replaced ontology with ideology. Today on the battlefield Ukrainians return “Ukrainian” – the master of his freedom. A free person decides his own destiny. By the way, in the Ukrainian language the decision is not “made” – someone produces it, makes it. To make decisions – a tracing paper from Russian. In their history, the decisions were made somewhere on the top, descended and “accepted” on the whole vertical. And we can decide what forms our subjectivity – awareness of the freedom revealed in action.
We see the world in our language. We adjust the personal reality with new experience and vocabulary changes.
Consciousness is the conversion process real in reality. We constantly read information through the sense organs, and consciousness, within the formed focus, verbalizes, visualizes it, constitutes experience in the structure – sentence.
We live in subjectively constructed realities. Sometimes people stop because they believe that they have restrained, while it is only their mental construct. We see the world focus, that is, we only process what our consciousness is focused on. Outside of our reality, there is a large amount of real – a resource that can still be used to adjust yourself and the world around. The focus allows our optics to be a resource. On that dimension realwhich can be converted into the desired reality. In the way of interaction with The worldwith others by people And with yourself by yourselfthat forms a person who, looking at life, constructs quality personal reality. This is also about stability.
Human life is a continuous flow of events and presence.
Focus transforms our personal and common realities into the ability to provide qualitatively effective coordinated interaction. A joint vocabulary is needed to make a common experience in common reality. Personal and common reality can develop into a coordinated interaction.
Coordination is one of the key terms in military leadership. The ability to establish interaction is the ability to understand what purpose we have to achieve, and to determine together who is responsible for, to what extent and how much it can fulfill.
There is no stability as “something”. There are persistent people. Stability is a model of interaction of the face with the world. Personality form three attitude: how I see the world, people and myself.
A warrior is an archetypal definition of the subject. It’s not a form of civil liability, not a specialty, not a legal status from the moment of enrollment in military service to dismissal. It is a model of human interaction with reality when the person sees the opportunity, looking at the world; team – in others; And the owner of his own freedom is in himself. It is important that in the time of chaos and war the warrior feels every Ukrainian, in his own way and in his own place.
The warrior needs a path and power. Power is the ability to balance in life when interacting with reality, the outside world. The path is the basic algorithms of interaction with reality to achieve the desired result: I set the goal – I make efforts – I see the result – I conduct an analysis to understand where to go.
The team leader should be able to see the result. Most of our commanders and executives neglect. If you had to go 500 meters today, and having made every effort 300, it is important to see: we succeeded!. This will strengthen the team. The analysis will help to find out why the rest did not go and what to do to go. But not to see the result, to notice only its absence – it is to shoot yourself on your feet. And the ability of the team.
When the team is focused on finding out the answer to the question “Who is to blame?” – This distorts the analysis process, and the institutional organism works by ineffective algorithms. Qualitative analysis makes it possible to reform, transformation of social institutions, institutions. Without it – a trap of a wasteland.
The ability of the leader to strengthen each team member determines its stability. It should be “unifire” (those who unite) and “Multiplier” (those who multiply the potential of the united).
Combining people and multiplying their potential is one of the basic mechanisms for organizing high -quality, efficient and sustainable teams.
Organizational stability is based on team skills. Only the symphony of the individual and the team – the attention of the team to the individual and the responsibility of the individual for the team – makes it possible for a qualitative result. It is useful here to remember the myth of phyllontet, the most ingenious sniper of antiquity. Odysseus with the unit goes to Troy. On the way, Philoctet wounds the leg, she rot and stinks terribly. It is left on a desert island. The confrontation with the Trojans is 10 years old. The Greeks are said to have nothing to do with phyllont. They return to him, but the offended brother refuses. Then the gods will turn to him: if he leaves, he will get glory and healing on the battlefield, and if he refuses – will remain until death to rot alone. In the end, so it happened – Philoctet returned to the team and kissed Achilles. Therefore, a coordinated interaction that leads to a qualitative result requires two things: the team understands that they will not work without phyllontet, and he – that without cooperation will not be able to develop and implement their own project qualitatively. Rotten symbolizes the inability to absorb and transform them into a result.
The third is the element necessary for the success of the warrior, except for strength and path – the spirit. It is the energy that lights us and strengthens us. It needs structure so as not to smoke or not to be spoiled: an individual spirit – a qualitative interaction between our body, feelings, knowledge, holistic personal development; Team – the distribution of functional responsibilities, understanding of the common goal and core, or people who are well aware of why being together, spending efforts, moving forward. That is, a team that enhances each member, and every member who works for a common result needs a joint answer to the question: “Why do we have this fight?“.
Quality contact with reality provides individual capacity and coordinated command force, the ability to focus effectively, to form appropriate attitudes and identify the right actions in order to ensure the stable functioning of the team. So persistent mechanisms of interaction with reality form the systematic capabilities of its processing. Accordingly, the result is equal to the quality of the system and vice versa.
Qualitative institutions are the only mechanism to provide the result, development, ability at the level of society. The social system is always a synchronous interaction of three components: resource, norms and Ideas. Its stability is ensured by the method that is processed for a certain goal in appropriate standards. The system functions well when it is capable of recovery, regeneration of existing capabilities and adaptation to a changing context. The regeneration of constitutional, fundamental capabilities and adaptation to the context – two components of the concepts of security, personal and team.
