According to the Russian media, the Government of the Russian Federation has invited the leaders of China, India and Brazil, as well as the EU country of Slovakia and Serbia, which seeks to join a block consisting of 27 Member States.
Last November, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fitzo announced his intention to take part in the celebrations until May 9 in Moscow.
