It is known that at the summit on June 25, the Member States of the North Atlantic Alliance agreed that the obligation spending 5% of GDP on defense will be composed of two categories of defense investments.
Also, NATO member states, including the US and Hungary, agreed that assisting the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be credited as part of a defensive cost.
