On the eve of the fight, a traditional press conference was held, where the boxers commented on the upcoming match:
Ennis: “I’m not lying, Karen will be knocked out. We will put on a show and have fun. I don’t care what he’s going to do in the ring. I’m planning to throw a cool party at our fight.”
Chukhajian: “I’m ready for this fight – we’ve been working hard for the last two years and constantly getting better. I’m going to show the fans all my skills. You will see a great fight. I came here to win the world title. We need to prove it.”
The fight between Jaron Ennis and Karen Chukhajian will take place at the Walls Fargo Center in Philadelphia. The boxers will hold a rematch – in January 2023, the American defeated the Ukrainian by a unanimous decision of the judges.
