Energoatom and Hyundai discussed Khmelnitsky’s completion

V.O. Petro Kotin’s Chairman of the NACEC of NNECC met with the management of European representative offices of Korean companies Hyundai Engineering and constraction and Hyundai Engineering. V.O. Petro Kotin’s Chairman of the NACEC of NNECC met with the management of European representative offices of Korean companies Hyundai Engineering and constraction and Hyundai Engineering.

“Korean partners have confirmed interest in the large infrastructure projects of the energy appatom, namely the completion of power units № 3, 4 by VVER-1000 technology and the construction of power units № 5, 6 by AR1000 technology at Khmelnitsky NPP. The parties discussed the issues of financial support of these projects, ”the message reads.

As it was reported, Energoatom and the meaning of the Bank have signed a memorandum on cooperation in the direction of purchase of Bulgarian NPP equipment, necessary for the completion of power units No. 3 and No. 4 at Khmelnitsky NPP.

Recall that Ukraine and France are working on the possibility of launching renewable energy in the Chernobyl exclusion zone.
