Communities throughout the region came under fire, including: Sumy, Mykolaiv, Khotyn, Yunakiv, Myropil, Bilopol, Rychkiv, Krasnopil, Trostyanets, Velikopysariv, Putivl, Novoslobid, Glukhiv, Esman, Shalygin, Druzhbiv, Svesk, Seredino-Bud.
