In the specified regions, where such measures were taken, the schedule of hourly shutdowns was changed, which are no longer in effect.
The authorities and energy companies urge the population to follow up-to-date messages from local operators.
Emergency shutdowns have been implemented in Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Dnipropetrovsk and Chernihiv regions, as well as in the capital.
In some regions, such as Kharkiv, some consumers are still using blackout schedules, although emergency measures are also in place. According to Ukrenergo representatives, the situation may change, so it is important to be aware of the latest news.
Emergency shutdowns
As of 08:30, emergency shutdowns have been implemented in Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv and Odesa regions.
Kyiv
Due to the difficult situation in the energy sector, emergency power cuts continue to be used in the capital. In this case, the shutdown schedules do not work.
Kyiv region
After the last shelling there are emergency shutdowns in the region, during which schedules do not apply.
Kharkiv region
In Kharkiv and the region, emergency power outages were introduced, Oblenergo reported. At the same time, some consumers have electricity cut-off schedules.

Zhytomyr region
As of 08:00 a.m., “Zhytomyroblenergo” reported that, in accordance with the order of NEC “Ukrenergo”, the regime of hourly power outages for household consumers will operate for 4.5 shifts:

from 00:00 to 10:00 – electricity will be turned off for 4.5 shifts;

from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. – electricity will be turned off for 4 shifts;

from 22:00 to 24:00 – electricity will be turned off for 3.5 shifts.
