On the instructions of “Ukrenergo”, emergency blackouts were introduced in the Odesa region.

“Odeszine: on the instructions of Ukrenergo, emergency shutdowns are applied,” the message reads.
Energy experts noted that they are doing everything possible to eliminate the consequences of a massive attack by the Russian invaders.
