The Duma asks the Government to grant its request, emphasizing that it has done it on the day of entry into force of a law that enhances the institutional capacity of ARMA.
According to the Duma, during her cadence, the agency has passed important stages of transformation. In particular, the results of the ARMA were improved, transparent mechanisms of work through Prozorro were provided, international cooperation was significantly expanded and the modernization of the register of arrested assets was launched.
”From now on, all these changes are finally officially enshrined in the Ukrainian legislation. “, – she said.
Another important step for the agency will be an international audit, says Duma. She claims that she has signed the statement that this process would pass independently.
She expressed confidence that the future leader of the ARMA will ensure a worthy continuation of changes.
