Direct speech of the Tailor: “I made a decision for myself that I will not go to the Verkhovna Rada and give up the mandate of a deputy. Because I believe that during a war there should be professional people with experience in power. Now I understand that my experience is not enough to be a people’s elected representative during a war.”

Details: He noted that his place on the list is inferior to “the most worthy person who comes after me, the director of the travel agency.” “Many people will need his experience in the near future,” he said.

Next to Kravets on the election list from “Servant of the People” is businessman Bohdan Kozub.

We will remind:

  • On January 14, the Verkhovna Rada appointed People’s Deputy, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Development Dmytro Natalukha as the new head of the State Property Fund.
  • On January 19, the Central Election Commission recognized Roman Kravets as the elected People’s Deputy instead of Dmytro Natalukha, who was appointed by the parliament to the position of head of the State Property Fund.

For reference: The “Chesno” movement reports that in 2024, according to “Hromadskyi” journalists, Kravets traveled abroad several times. He explained his trips by purchasing drones. At that time he was on vacation. Kravets also had a meeting with the sanctioned Kyiv businessman Seyar Kurshutov and former head of the President’s Office Andriy Bohdan. Roman Kravets removed from military registration. At that time he was abroad.

The mass media also reported that Kravets may be the administrator of the pro-government telegram channel “Joker”.

In particular, the journalists of the “Forbes” publication received Kravets’ phone number and checked it using the Getcontact service, which allows you to find out how this number is recorded in the contacts of other users. In several cases this number is signed as “Roma Tailor Joker” and similar names.

“Hromadskyi” journalists found out that Kravets runs the “Joker” telegram channel and actively interacted with the President’s Office. In addition, during the full-scale invasion, Kravets traveled abroad at least five times, and he himself moved around Kyiv in a motorcade and was under the protection of security and the SBU. In addition, his wealth grew.

In 2015, according to “Hromadskyi”, Kravets helped Gennady Korban during by-elections to the parliament in the 205th electoral district (Chernihiv), where he competed with Serhii Berezenko. This election and the district became an example of extremely dirty technology, both major candidates engaged in the distribution of food packages, and other direct and indirect examples of voter bribery.
