Journalists believe that Kaplun wants to beat his money in the United Kingdom through TMT Investments, and in Ukraine – through Joseph Pintus, and continues to influence the Ukrainian media. However, the money that Kaplun and Pintus try to wash with blood are stated by investigators, as they came from the Russian government, in particular from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, with licenses to some Kaplun companies issued by the FSB.
