“At the working level, we have reached an agreement on a political document. But the biggest challenge for all of us is that this document, which we will sign, will commit us to joint work between the EU, the US and us, and this will apply to literally dozens of legal instruments,” he said.
Therefore, he emphasized that it is “rather a document for planning, and not a completed project.”
“It’s more like a set of tasks. It has a section with work areas, about five or seven different areas that need to be done to implement all this,” Kachka concluded.
Earlier, Prime Minister Yulia Svyridenko said that Ukraine will spend $800 billion from the economic “peace” agreement. The government reported that this amount will include both grants and loan funds.
At the same time, the Agreement on $800 billion for Ukraine was agreed by the EU and does not contradict the terms of accession, the government claims.
It was also reported that the signing by US President Donald Trump and President Volodymyr Zelensky in Davos of Ukraine’s $800 billion “prosperity plan” was cancelled.
