“Drawing” a fighting injury: DBR completed another investigation with exvikov Borisov’s exvasive community

The DBR employees completed the investigation of the fourth criminal proceedings against the exchanger of the Odessa regional shopping center and JV Yevgeny Borisov regarding the forgery of documents for registration of the status of a person who was injured during the defense of the Motherland.

Details: Borisov organized the registration of a non -adulterous injury, not even during the performance of his duties, as such, which is related to the protection of the Motherland. On the basis of a false decision of the official audit and accordingly the conclusion of the MSEC, he was unjustifiably accrued additional remuneration for the total amount of UAH 250 thousand. Also, thanks to this decision, he received 5 months of leave for treatment, which he used among other things for rest abroad and the acquisition of real estate in one of the EU countries.

The former official is accused of committing criminal offenses under Part 1 of Art. 114-1 (organization of obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces in a special period), Part 3 of Art. 366 (organization of drafting and issuing an official of a deliberately false official document), Part 4 of Art. 358 (use of a deliberately fake document) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The sanctions of articles are punished in the form of imprisonment for up to 10 years.

After familiarization with the case file, it will be transferred to court.

It should be noted that this is the fourth, last proceedings against Borisov, which is already investigated. Three more cases are already heard in court.

Prehistory:

• In the investigation of the Ukrainian Truth, the Battalion of Spain reported that the family of the Chief of the Odessa Regional Regional Committee Yevgeny Borisov was acquired during a full -scale war on the Spanish real estate and cars for millions of dollars during a full -scale war.
• Later it became known that Borisov had a service, but did not find grounds for removal from office.
• After that, at a meeting, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy instructed the Council of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny to release the military committee.
• The State Bureau of Investigation has violated the proceedings on the facts of Borisov abuse.
• Borisova was dismissed from the post of Chief of the Odessa Regional Territorial Center for Acquisition and Social Support in June 2023.
