About 280,000 veteran’s certificates have already been generated in the Diya application since the launch of this service in June.
Deputy Minister of Veterans Affairs Pavlo Bortnikov said this on the air of the Yedyny Novyny telethon.
“In June of this year, we received an electronic certificate of a veteran, a veteran in “Dia”. And this is a very convenient service. To date, we have already created about 280,000 of these certificates. It is clear that in the process of use we have certain feedbacks, we have feedback, including regarding clarification of data. Because when our veterans see their certificates (in “Diya” – ed.), they may see some inaccuracies. And that’s all normal. We have a small percentage of such appeals,” said Bortnikov.
He added that as of the end of August, there were about 30,000 such requests for data clarification.
“About 15,000 appeals were processed automatically. A lot of duplicates were destroyed,” the deputy minister added.
He also informed that on the website of the Ministry of Veterans there is a link to the form for clarifying personal data in the veteran’s card in “Dia”.
It was previously reported that the personal account and chatbot have been improved in the new version of the Diya.Business portal.
Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov reported that since the launch of the “Marriage online” function in the Ukrainian “Diya” application, more than 200 couples have already gotten married.
Also, Diya launched four new military bonds named after the temporarily occupied cities – Lazurne, Dzharylgach, Hurzuf and Sudak.
