Under the procedural guidance of the Chernihiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been started Part 2 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of road safety rules, which caused the victim’s death.
According to the investigation, on December 10 at around 11:44, a team of the response department of the patrol police of the Prylutsky RVP, on its way to a call for another traffic accident, ran over a 36-year-old woman and a child who were crossing the road at a regulated pedestrian crossing on the street.
