Literally from the GS: “On the night of December 17, the Defense Forces hit the infrastructure of the “Slavyansky” oil refinery in the city of Slavyansk-on-Kuban in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation with Deep Strike means. Explosions and a fire were recorded in the area of the target. The extent of the damage to the enterprise is being clarified.”

Details: It is noted that as of 2025, “Slavyansky” processes crude oil and condensate with a capacity of about 5.2 million tons per year, this refinery is involved in providing the armed forces of the Russian occupiers.
The General Staff also added that a hit was confirmed on the territory of the Nikolaevskaya oil depot in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation. According to preliminary data, the reservoir and the river craft “Captain Hibert” were damaged.
In addition, in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region, the Defense Forces struck the field artillery of the unit from the 101st separate brigade of material and technical support of the invaders. The damage caused is currently being determined.
The General Staff also reported on the consequences of previous attacks on enemy infrastructure. In particular, about the attack by drones on the drilling rig named after R. Greifer in the waters of the Caspian Sea on December 14.
“Damage has been confirmed to the stationary platform on which the operational and technical module for preparation and pumping of extracted gas is located, as a result of which all 14 wells have been stopped (the total volume of production of which was almost 3.5 thousand tons per day),” the General Staff concluded.
