In New York, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi met with the President of Finland Alexander Stubb.
The main topics of the meeting are the situation on the battlefield, Ukraine’s defense needs and international cooperation.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that Ukraine needs air defense equipment, in particular MANPADS.
The head of the Ukrainian state informed the interlocutor of the current stage of the implementation of the agreements reached during the NATO summit in Washington.
Ukrainian-Finnish defense cooperation was discussed at the meeting, the joint production of drones and the exchange of experience in this field were discussed separately.
