Details: Until recently, the only candidate for the Ministry of Justice was the People’s Deputy from “Servant of the People” Denys Maslov, who from July 29, 2022 heads the Council’s Committee on Legal Policy. Before starting his political career, he headed various legal companies, and during 2016–2018 he worked as a judge in the Dnipro District Court of the city of Kamianskoye.

As UP knows from interlocutors in the Council, when the leadership of “SN” began to collect votes for the appointment of Maslov as Minister of Justice, it turned out that many deputies were against it. Then another candidate appeared – the deputy head of the OP Iryna Mudra.
She has been working in the Office since March 29, 2024 – she is responsible for the implementation of judicial reform, the creation of a special tribunal for Russia and an international compensation mechanism for Ukraine. Before appointment in OP Mudra worked as a deputy minister of justice for almost two years. Even earlier, she held management positions in several banks, including the state-owned Oschadbank.
Two candidates were considered for the position of Minister of Energy in “Servant of the People” – the chairman of the Council’s Energy Committee Andrii Gerus (responsible for energy in Zelenskyi’s team since the election campaign) and Serhii Koretskyi, head of Naftogaz JSC. Both, according to sources in the monomajority UP, persistently refuse the ministerial portfolio.
There is only one willing to head the Ministry of Energy – scandalous “servant of the people” Yury Kamelchuk. But his candidacy in the presidential faction is perceived exclusively as a joke.
“What is the Ministry of Energy? If something is stolen quickly, yes, maybe it makes sense to head it. And if you don’t steal, then there is such a scale of problems and responsibility! Everyone knows for sure that it will only get worse. That’s why no one wants to be a minister – there are no fools.” – one of the prominent “servants”, who wished to remain anonymous, complains to UP.
Soon, several more vacant positions may appear in the government.

An adequate part of “Servants of the People” understands that it is necessary to “cleanse” the government of those brought by Yermak. In addition to Kuleba, Yermak’s godfather can be released – Magomedova (this is about the head of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission Ruslana Magomedov – UP). It is still necessary to expel the heads of regional administrations who are directly associated with Yermak – in Poltava, in Odesa there is a lot of trash.”
