Details: According to the Bureau, in April 2025, the person decided to escape abroad and addressed the Border Service official with a proposal to provide information about the schedules of duty of the outfits and assist him in the Dniester River crossing the rubber boat. He offered $ 2.5 thousand for “help”.

The court arrested the person involved with the right to make a bail in the amount of UAH 302 thousand.
The sanction of the article provides for a sentence of up to 8 years in prison.
