DBR investigates the death of a mobilized with alcohol addiction, which was beaten by a representative of the shopping center

The State Bureau of Investigation is investigating the case of death from the actions of the employees of the Tax Code and the JV in May 2025 of the mobilized Kiev, who was refused to take several training centers.

Literally Bureau: “The DBR employees reported suspicions (in May -ed.) Deputy Chief of the Podilsky District Shopping Center and SPC and Soldier of the Shevchenkivsky District Tax Code and JV of Kyiv. Both involved persons were in custody, on July 17, the court continued the application of this preventive measure.”

Details: As stated in the criminal proceedings, which the forensic newspaper refers, on May 7, 2025, the resident of Kyiv N. was detained on the streets by police and TCC and JV and JV in connection with violation of military accounting and wanted rules.

On the same day, a citizen passed the Military Medical Commission, which recognized him as suitable for military service.

After that, the man was at the collection of the Kyiv City Shopping Center and JV, which is in the Darnytskyi district of the capital.

Already on May 8, the citizen was sent to one of the training centers, but in the training center they did not want to “decorate” the mobilized – as it turned out, the man had alcohol addiction, thigh trauma and varicose veins. Therefore, the citizen was returned to the metropolitan assembly.

At the same time, on May 9, the man was included in another party of mobilized and accompanied by two officers and several servicemen was sent to the training center located near the city of Starychy of Lviv region.

However, in this training center, the man refused to “design” – for the same reasons as in the previous case.

Thus, the mobilized had to be returned to Kiev. At the same time, there were enough persons who gave up the training center.

Late in the evening of May 9, Major – the senior group, ordered the driver of the bus to stop near one of the supermarkets so that the mobilized could buy something. In this case, the major personally allowed N. to buy the Bank energy Revo (which contains a certain dose of alcohol).

At night, N. drank an energy engineer and began to behave quite adequately – he ran on the bus, talking loudly, quarreling with representatives of the shopping center, prevented him from sleeping to others and refusing to obey the orders, stated in the case file.

As a result, after refusing to execute the decree of the major – to calm down, one of the servicemen of the shopping center at least three times struck N. in the face. And when N. fell, the serviceman hit him with an electric shocker 3-4 times, then grabbed N. for his head and began to beat his head against the floor.

According to the investigation, the representative of the Tax Code began to beat the citizen with his feet on his head, as well as jump his feet on the chest.

The beating of N. took place several times throughout the way to Kiev, while the officers did not respond to the actions of the subordinate, according to the case file.

Upon arrival of the bus with mobilized to Kiev, the serviceman of the Tax Code simply pulled N. by his feet from the bus and threw on the gathering point.

After a while, the man lying on the open air was paid attention, but the doctors who arrived on the challenge had to state only the death of N.

According to the conclusion of the forensic expert, N. died as a result of a combined injury of the head and breasts, fractures of the ribs and damage to the internal organs.

According to the DBR, the Soldier of the Shevchenkivskyi Criminal Code is suspected of exceeding official powers that caused the onset of grave consequences committed in the conditions of martial law (Part 5 of Article 426-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to 12 years.

The deputy chief of the Podilsky Criminal Code is suspected of intentional non -bursting of a criminal offense committed by a subordinate, which caused grave consequences committed in the conditions of martial law, ie (Part 4 of Article 426 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Both, as mentioned above, are in custody.
