At 10:00 the dollar against the hryvnia on the “Black Market” was 41.89 – 41.91 UAH. Advertising: at the same time, the “black” euro exchange rate was 43.15 – 43.85 UAH. The average exchange rates at banks were as follows: US dollar – 41,50 – 42.20 UAH (exchange rate for January 31 – 41.60 – 42.15 UAH); Euro – 43.12 – 44.67 UAH (course for January 31 – 43.37 – 44.97 UAH).
