Major Taras Berezovets, the head of the public relations group of the command of the Defense Forces, in an interview with Radio NV, about the meeting of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi with military and civilian bloggers regarding problems in the Defense Forces.
— It is very interesting to understand how such an event was organized. Is it clear on what principle certain bloggers were invited, what do you know about it?
— This meeting was reported on the official pages of the General Staff and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In fact, the hype is a little strange, because the head meets regularly with members of the public. As far as I understand, on the same day or a day later, he held a meeting with representatives of the media, primarily with Ukrainian journalists, before that he met with Ukrainian bloggers. Such meetings are off the record (without recording — Ed.) occur regularly in it.

Regarding me I did not participate in the organization of this event. Apparently, this was done by representatives of the General Staff. And I learned about the composition of those people who were invited, as well as other participants, having already directly arrived at such a meeting.
This was the first such story for me. I had never met before, I did not know the Commander-in-Chief personally.
People’s Deputy Roman Kostenko, who is also the secretary of the National Security Committee, says that Syrskyi is known for the fact that he doesn’t really like to talk to journalists or bloggers for two hours, to put it mildly, he has other tasks ahead of him. What were the most pressing topics managed to be discussed? What did you hear at this meeting?
— It is obvious that I cannot go into the details of the discussion, because, I repeat, the very format of the meeting did not provide for publication. Most of it [людей, які] it was attended by active servicemen, representatives of various brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, among whom I saw many of my comrades – those with whom we were in the same unit from the beginning of the war, for example, Major Myroslav Gai.

It is clear that most of the questions that were asked, in one way or another, related to the situation at the front. We talked about the general context of what is happening, asked the commander-in-chief questions about mobilization, the work of the Territorial Recruitment Centers and problematic issues, in particular the scandals that are taking place.
