Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga called for the final steps to create a special tribunal on a crime of aggression against Ukraine within the Council of Europe.

Sibiga stressed that Ukraine appreciates the personal participation of the Secretary -General in ensuring justice for Ukraine and holding Russia accountable.
“The main group has made significant progress, and now, together, we must take the last steps to create a special tribunal within the Council of Europe. I am grateful to all our partners in this historical process. Justice is our common goal, ”the minister said.
