The SAP and NABU reported suspicion exposed to the participants of an organized criminal group involved in the corruption scheme when purchasing UAV and ETB.

Among the suspects of the expert of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, the People’s Deputy of Ukraine, the head of the city military administration, the commander of the military unit of the National Guard of Ukraine, the actual beneficial owner of the enterprise – UAV manufacturer, and the director of the enterprise – UAV manufacturer.
The beneficiary and director of the UAV enterprise is also accused of obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, they issued persons for cash and provided them with booking, in fact, blocking the possibility of their mobilization to the Armed Forces.
In 2024–2025, an organized group of persons systematically seized budget funds, which local governments were directed to the needs of defense forces. Among the established episodes – the purchase of radio -electronic fight systems
The contract was signed with a deliberately inflated price, and the participants of the scheme received up to 30% of the contract amount as an undue benefit. According to a similar scheme, the purchase of FPV-oules for almost 10 million UAH was purchased. The company put products over $ 80,000. The US cost, after which officials transferred some of the funds in the form of “rollback” to the participants of the criminal group.
In accordance with the consent of the Prosecutor General, a request was sent to the court for the election of a suspected deputy of a pre -trial detention in the form of detention with an alternative to making a bail in the amount of UAH 30 million.
Also, requests were sent to the court for the election of precautions to other persons involved in the case.
