Contrasting weather is expected in Ukraine today, November 27: from coolness in the west to +20 degrees in the south. There will be light rains in a number of regions.

According to Didenko, the coldest today will be in the western regions – only +2+6 degrees during the day.
The warmest weather is expected in the south from +12+16 degrees, in Crimea the thermometers may rise to +15+20. In the northern regions +6+11 degrees are predicted, in the east +8+12.
It will be +10+13 in the center, but it will be cooler in Vinnytsia – about +5+7 degrees.
Rains are expected in the north and in the center of the country, mostly small. In other regions – without significant precipitation, but cloudy.
As the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center explained, the atmospheric front slowly moves from the west to the east, changing the nature of the weather – both in terms of temperature and the amount of precipitation.
Fog is possible in most regions at night and in the morning, in particular in Zakarpattia and Prykarpattia. The wind is southeasterly, on the Right Bank with a transition to northwesterly, 5-10 m/s.
Cloudy weather is expected in the capital today. There will be no significant precipitation at night, and a little rain will pass during the day. The wind is southeasterly, changing to northwesterly, at a speed of 5-10 m/s.
The temperature in the region will be 4-9 degrees at night, 7-10 degrees during the day. 7-9 degrees of heat is expected in Kyiv at night and during the day.
Also in the Ukrhydrometeorological center hinted for a warm start to winter in December 2025. Forecasters have released a brief climate description of the first winter month and shared a general preliminary forecast for December.
