According to Bab, the Bureau of Economic Security Director of the Bureau of Economic Security is not allowed to participate in the competition:
- Igor Bochan – did not provide all the necessary documents
- Vasily Volynets – did not provide all the necessary documents
- Maxim Vorvul – did not provide all the necessary documents
- Andriy Efremov – lack of experience in specialty at least 10 years
- Oleg Lozovy – Lack of experience in specialty at least 10 years
- Yuri Mayevsky – lack of experience in specialty at least 10 years
