Colonel Pavlo Palisa, who was appointed today as the deputy head of the President’s Office, was the first hero of the Ukrinform project “Commanders of Victory”.

Ukrinform published an interview with Palisa in July this year.

“This 39-year-old commander with the call sign “Hunter” inherited from one of the commanders – already a knight of the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, has the Cross of Combat Merit and 10 years of war experience behind him. About the defense of Bakhmut, he says, he will write a whole book one day… Always open with the soldiers, always “you” to his fellow officers and always proud of his “Cold Ravine”, – it was noted in the publication.

In today’s address, Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he had appointed Colonel Pavel Palis as the deputy head of the OP.
