During the interrogation Tatiana Katrychenko and Olga Piskunovathe authors of the material, referred to “evaluative judgments” and wording “it became known”as well as on Article 63 of the Constitution, refusing to disclose sources of information about possible backstage influence of DEJURE on the formation of the HRD. In response to this, the head of TSK Serhii Vlasenko emphasized that TSC’s mandate is “as broad as possible” and allows to check any facts of corruption or offenses in the activity all courts and judicial bodiesrejecting attempts to avoid testimony under the pretext of “exceeding the limits of competence.”
Since the witnesses could not clearly explain the origin of the information about “pluses” against the names of the “desired” candidates, the Commission decided to apply a tough measure. Forced reason to Mykhailo Zhernakov (whose organization, according to the authors, promoted these lists) will be carried out through National Police. The goal is to get straight answers to questions, or really DEJURE influenced the composition of the Supreme Administrative Court, and therefore the course of judicial reform in the country.
