The USDC Stablcoin Company-Circle-has announced the holding IPO On the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) with the CRCl Ticker. The relevant documents have been sent to Sec.

In total, 24 million ordinary shares of class A will be issued A. 9.6 million will be offered by the company itself, and the other 14.4 million – current shareholders. The expected accommodation price is from $ 24 to $ 26.

The main bookers will be JP Morgan, Citigroup and Goldman Sach. Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities and Societe Generale will also join the procedure.

Underwriters have an opportunity to purchase up to 3.6 million shares.
