19-year-old Chinese tennis player Shang Junchen won his first ATP title in Chengdu. Italian Lorenzo Musetti lost his third of three finals this season.
In Hangzhou, 35-year-old Marin Cilic proved to be stronger than Zhang Zhizheng in the title fight. For the Croat, it was the 21st title in his career.

Shang Junchen (China) – Lorenzo Musetti (Italy) – 7:6(4), 6:1
Hangzhou. Final
Marin Cilic (Croatia) – Zhang Zhizhen (China) – 7:6(5), 7:6(5)
Interestingly, Cilic started the competition in Hangzhou ranked 777th in the world and became the lowest-ranked tennis player to win an ATP Tour tournament in history. He broke the record of Lleyton Hewitt, who won the title in Adelaide in 1998, as the 550th racket of the world.
