The National Police of Ukraine has launched a pre -trial investigation into political censorship in the Uniform News Telelorphone.

Gerashchenko emphasized that the TV channel “Rada” has been missing the opposition for 4 years, and deputies from the EU have never been able to present their position on the drafts. She hopes that the marathon journalists will tell law enforcement agencies why they worked “on the dark” and who designed them, because only “servants”, freelance advisers and experts from the forbidden channels are on the air, but never – deputies from the opposition faction “EU”.
The pre -trial investigation was launched on July 25, 2025 on the grounds of the criminal offense under Part 1 of Art. 171 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obstruction of the legitimate professional activity of the journalist).
The deputy expressed the hope that the anti -corruption authorities would be interested in where 2 billion hryvnias of the state budget for “legal censorship” go to “legal censorship” every year, which, in her opinion, created the basis for impunity of power and corruption. It is also noted that the funds of the TV channel “Rada” are directed by Kinokit companies related to the President’s office.
