The couple were travelling through western El Salvador when illness hit – just as they were forced to check into a grim hotel.
Thank you!
The couple stayed in a very cheap motel
There was a nasty surprise in store
Molly fell ill hours earlier but then Tyler caught her bug

Instead she spent the evening recovering and preparing for the next gruelling destination.
The couple, third on the leaderboard, later began the long journey to the capital, determined to save money wherever possible.
In a bid to protect their budget, EastEnders actress Molly and TV presenter Tyler booked into a $16 self-check-in room that on arrival, resembled a converted garage.
They found a bed, a mirror, a tissue dispenser fixed above the headboard and, unexpectedly, a condom on the side table.
Tyler’s reaction was instant and he said: “There’s a condom. Nice. I now suddenly don’t want to stay on this bed.
“Wait, there’s a music button. Are you kidding me?”
Realising the room was intended for hooking up, Molly jokingly broke into a provocative dance.
But Tyler, battling the same sickness Molly experienced hours earlier, warned: “Babe, darling, I’ll throw up on you. I promise you now. I feel like death.”
As they settled in for the night, Molly tried to keep spirits up despite their grim surroundings.
She joked: “Least, like you’ve got a little bit of vomit around your mouth where you need to blow your nose and there’s a tissue dispenser right there.”
But the reality of their condition soon hit Tyler.
In a video diary, Tyler admitted: “Molly’s doing a phenomenal job and looking after me, but I can’t make decisions.
“So it’s not an ideal situation, considering how close the teams are on the leaderboard right now.”
With the next leg taking them into Honduras, their ability to recover quickly could determine whether they stay in the running or fall behind as other teams push ahead.
TV presenter Anita Rani and her 69-year-old dad Bal are currently in first place, followed by Roman Kemp and his sister Harley Moon.
Actor Dylan Llewellyn and his mum, Jackie are trailing behind in fourth place.
The BBC series is a spin-off of the hit travel competition Race Across the World.
Pairs of celebs and their chosen family members or partners must travel thousands of miles across continents with no smartphones, no credit cards and no flights.
They rely solely on basic budgets, public transport and their own resourcefulness as they race from checkpoint to checkpoint.
The team that reaches the final destination first wins and every hour saved or spent can make all the difference.
