The commission explained the decision by the fact that Ivan Prymachenko, who is ahead of Tasheva on the “Voice” electoral list, submitted an application to renounce his deputy’s mandate.
“The CEC reviewed the document and recognized Ivan Prymachenko as one who did not acquire a deputy’s mandate. At the same time, the Commission recognized Tamila Tasheva, the next candidate included in the election list of the “Voice” political party under No. 26, as a People’s Deputy of Ukraine in the specified elections,” the message reads.

The issue of registration of a new people’s deputy from the “Voice” arose after the death of the incumbent parliamentarian from this party Oleg Makarov.
Ivan Prymachenko, who was 24th on the party list in 2019, announced on November 20 that he “decided to remain CEO of Prometheus.” Another, the 25th member of the list, Pavlo Kukhta, previously recalled that in 2019, he submitted an application for renunciation of the mandate in connection with the transition to work in the government, which cannot be revoked. From September 2019 to April 2020, he was the First Deputy Minister of Economy.
Tamila Tasheva is a public figure of Crimean Tatar origin, who has been the permanent representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea since April 2022.
