Cash assistance 2024: who is paid and how to get UAH 10,800 from UNICEF

Who can get help?
The project is aimed at households living in Tomakivskaya TG of the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk regionand in in the city of Dnipro — for those beneficiaries who live in places of temporary settlement (shelters).
Categories of vulnerability for those who can get help:
▪ persons with disabilities (I-II group);
▪ elderly people (60+);
▪ households with one head and/or women who are the main caregivers of the family;
▪ families with three or more children (up to 18 or 23 years old, if studying);
▪ pregnant women and families with children under the age of three;
▪ persons with chronic and serious diseases (including mental health problems).
Payments to IDPs 2024: some of the displaced persons were guaranteed the continuation of assistance

1. Tomakiv territorial community
Who can use:
▪ local residents can receive assistance only if they have documents confirming that a person has suffered from the war;
▪ VPO dated 02.24.2022.
What kind of help:
▪ in the form of targeted acquisition funds fuel for heating (UAH 21,000 per 1 household).
2. the city of Dnipro
Who can use:
▪ IDPs who moved during the last month and live in temporary settlements (shelters).
What kind of help:
▪ provision of vouchers for purchase winter clothes, blankets, KPB (1 voucher in nominal value for 1 family member 4000 hryvnias);
▪ provision of assistance in the form of vouchers for purchase means of alternative power supply and lighting (1 voucher in nominal value 2000 hryvnias per family).
