The availability of reservation or delay does not involve referral for the passage of VLK, but there are exceptions.
The military with the current deferral from conscription or booking is not sent to the UNIAN Collage / Collage, photos of UNIANOnly three exceptions are provided, when reserved conscripts can be sent for the passage of the Military Medical Commission (VLK).
This is stated in the Ministry of Defense on Telegram. “The conscripts with the current deferral from the conscription or booking are not sent to the medical examination by the medical commission,” the statement reads.
In particular, this is determined by the procedure of conscription of citizens for military service during the mobilization, for a special period, which is governed by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 560 of May 16, 2024.
At the same time, there are cases with exceptions where the conscripts are with the current delay from the call or booking:
- are admitted to military service under contract;
- were recognized as limited and re -examined (except for persons with disabilities recognized in due course);
- On their own, they expressed a desire to undergo a medical examination.
Passing the VLK On April 1, 2025, an electronic office of the VLK has been opened in Ukraine. Conclusions about unfitness or vice versa are made only in digital format. This allows citizens not to go to the CCC. The information will be sent electronically to the Oberig Register electronically.
