In one of the Ukrainian regions there are already special landfills for basic general military training (BZVP) of students. They are equipped with comfortable conditions to gradually immerse young people in military training without unnecessary stress.
According to the Minister of Education and Science Oksen Lisovyi on the air of Radio Harti, the area where these landfills were opened, is considered safe and ready to receive youth from all over Ukraine.
“The landfills are already functioning. Conditions there-as in a “4-star hostel”, so as not to scare off young people and gradually deepen it in “homeless style”, ”Lisovy said.
We will remind, in June 2024 the Cabinet approved the procedure for conducting BZVP for students and police. The first practical classes should start in September 2025. For women, participation will be voluntary if they are suitable for health reasons.
In addition, the Cabinet has established new rules for transportation of animals.
It was also known that an experiment to replace social payments with the same basic assistance will start in Ukraine.
