Kateryna Buzhynska spoke about “Eurovision” / photo Instagram of Kateryna Buzhynska The famous Ukrainian singer Kateryna Buzhynska honestly answered why she does not participate in the national selection for the international song contest “Eurovision”.
According to the artist, during her creative career she performed many times as a participant in various competitions. Therefore, now Kateryna does not want any competitions and stress for herself.
“There is no desire. I have participated in various competitions since childhood and have already felt all the stress associated with these competitions,” Buzhynska told the GORDON online publication.
The performer also added that she has other priorities, which she said as follows:
“It’s more important for me to give people joy, to speak calmly, to travel and do what I love. Maybe one day I will want to, but now – definitely not.”
We will remind you that previously the popular Ukrainian singer Zhenya Halych said that he wants to participate in the National Selection for Eurovision 2026. By the way, in 2017 he already represented Ukraine on the international stage as part of the O.Torvald group with the composition “Time”. Then, according to the results of the final voting, the team took 24th place.
