It is said that criticism applications are submitted in January, and tax reporting for the 4th quarter of 2024 in the second half of February.
“Accordingly, urgent changes to the criteria and the procedure for providing criticality should be made, namely to allow reporting for the last reporting period, which is exhausted by the Tax Code of reporting, in particular during January and February 2025, to submit a report for the 3rd quarter of 2024”, – said in the message.
