Details: The detention of five officials involved in the crime is reported: the head and the first deputy colony, the next assistant to the head, as well as the head and operative of the operational department.
Currently, the detainees have been reported suspected of committing criminal offenses under Part 3 of Art. 127 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, namely, committing actions aimed at causing convicted physical pain or moral suffering in order to force them to take actions that are contrary to their will, committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons.
