Britain has announced a new package of military aid to Ukraine worth 225 million pounds ($286 million).

Details: It is noted that the aid package includes:
- £92 million (about $116 million) for equipment to strengthen Ukraine’s naval forces, including small boats, reconnaissance drones, unmanned surface ships, munitions-seeking drones and mine-countermeasure drones.
- £68 million (about $85.5 million) for air defense equipment, including radars, ground-based decoys and electronic countermeasures against unmanned aerial vehicles.
- 26 million pounds sterling (about 32.7 million dollars) London will direct to provide support and spare parts for systems previously supplied to Ukraine.
- 39 million pounds sterling (about 49 million dollars) is intended for the provision of more than 1,000 systems of radio-electronic combat against drones and for the joint purchase of respirators and equipment to strengthen the protective capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In addition, Britain has also said that it will offer Ukraine more military exercises.
The publication adds that Ukraine called on allies to support it both on the battlefield and diplomatically ahead of potential negotiations with Russia. Since the Ukrainian troops are exhausted and outnumbered along the 1,170 km long front line.
