In an interview with Super Radio Tupi, he said he still had no contact with Trump after the election to the United States, although he sent him a note. According to the President, he has already distinguished himself with impulsive statements and attempts to interfere with the affairs of other countries:
“Trump was chosen to manage the United States, not to governing the world.”
In addition, he criticized the trading barriers introduced by Trump, noting that it would seriously affect the world economy. “It now taxes the products of several countries, and this will lead to an increase in inflation in the United States and around the world. It must stop this idea of protectionism and respect each country’s sovereignty.”
