“In Chernihiv, 85% of Russian attacks destroyed residential areas. The direct targets were hospitals, schools and other civilian infrastructure. We must continue to support Ukraine, including through recovery, reconstruction and development. As Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv OVA, reported, yesterday in Chernihiv Borrell and Mrs. EU Ambassador to Ukraine Katarina Maternova “talked about the situation in the region, the losses due to the full-scale invasion and the progress of recovery.”
According to Chaus, 66 enemy shellings were recorded in Chernihiv Oblast just last week. 157 explosions were heard in 29 settlements.
