Details: The publication’s sources claim that Russia will demand that Ukraine declare neutrality and limit its army in possible negotiations with President-elect Donald Trump regarding the end of its war.

According to the interlocutor of the agency, the Kremlin is not against the provision of weapons to Kyiv by individual NATO countries, but against their “being used against Russia or to seize territories.”
Sources also say that Moscow will insist on maintaining “at least de facto control over almost 20% of the territory of Ukraine”, including Crimea, although it is “open to the exchange of some territories”.
Bloomberg interlocutors in Ukraine say that currently the negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow are limited only to the exchange of prisoners and the return of deported children.
