The 55-year-old RHONY alum – wearing white sunglasses and a large sun hat – previously claimed she maintains her slim figure by simply ‘walking on the beach.’
‘I do have toned arms. I don’t look, like, ripped,’ Frankel admitted on TikTok last August.
‘Because I don’t work out or do weights and I don’t want judgment right now! But I know as you get older, you gotta build muscle mass and do weights – I don’t want that.’
The Just B podcaster – who boasts 10.4 million social media followers – also rang in the New Year on the beach.
Frankel gave her fans a glimpse at the low-cut pink corseted dress she wore for the festivities, but she did not reveal how she celebrated.
The native New Yorker previously said of the New Year: ‘Hey 2026: despite the beautiful haters, I’m still around and coming for you… xoxo!’
On Thursday, Frankel teased a glimpse of a mystery man she was with taking a picture of a local turtle at the luxurious St. Barts resort.
The List founder arrived to the island on December 26 with her 15-year-old daughter Bryn Hoppy nicknamed ‘Peanut.’
Frankel has full custody of Bryn from her three-year marriage to pharmaceutical sales executive Jason Hoppy, which ended in 2021 after a nine-year legal separation.
On December 3, the Bravo-lebrity launched a members-only, intention-driven dating community called The Core and her team is already ‘vetting thousands of applications’ for the site ranging in price between $50-$1,200.
‘No one here is casually dating or looking for a booty call, sugar daddy or a free meal,’ Frankel told the Daily Mail on December 9.
‘Swiping is a non satisfying, anxiety producing, distracting process. It is something to do once in a while for fun but it’s not a sustainable model for the millions of people who genuinely want to meet their life partner and are intentional and driven to do so.’

Frankel ended her on/off six-year relationship with her ex-fiancé, PMB Ventures managing partner Paul Bernon, in March 2024.
