Belgium has not yet agreed to the European Commission’s plan for “reparation loans” to Ukraine

The European Commission continues negotiations with Belgium regarding the use of frozen Russian assets to provide Ukraine with 140 billion euros in the form of so-called “reparation loans”, but Brussels has not yet approved this initiative.
