In July, a new type of payments was introduced in Ukraine – Basic social assistance. It can be decorated in the mobile application “Action”.

In order to apply online, the “action” requires a biometric document-an ID card or a foreign passport, as well as a verified tax number (RKOPP).
The service now allows you to apply for a basic social assistance if a person receives one or more types of assistance:

assistance to low -income families;

payment for children to single mothers;

Temporary assistance to children whose parents are evading alimony or their location are unknown.
For recipients of assistance for children raising in large families, this service is temporarily unavailable, explained in the Ministry of Social Policy. These families may apply to the nearest service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine with a written statement.
The following steps should be taken to make payment:

Update the “action” application and authorized

Go to Services → State Assistance → Basic Social Assistance → Get Help

Wait a notification with a monthly amount

If everything suits, click the application and choose the action.C card

Check the statement and confirm that you refuse other types of assistance – they will be united in one payment

Sign the statement.

When all signatures are collected, the statement is automatically sent.
Upon approval, the user will receive a assistance award.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduced a new type of targeted payment. It is called “Student Pack”.
Money assistance for veterans and UBD is provided by various organizations. We are talking about one of the new programs, which was announced on September 1, 2025. You can get up to 400 000 UAH in the form of a grant.
