As of November 19, the official rate of the dollar to the hryvnia from the NBU increased by 10 kopecks, the euro – decreased by 2 kopecks.

The official exchange rate of the dollar was set at UAH 41.37, the euro at UAH 43.63 (as of November 18, the dollar was UAH 41.27, the euro at UAH 43.65).
At 10:00 a.m., the exchange rate of the dollar against the hryvnia on the “black market” was UAH 41.60 – 41.68.
At the same time, the “black” rate of the euro was UAH 44.02 – 44.20.
The average currency exchange rates at bank counters were as follows:
- US dollar – 41.15 – 41.65 UAH (exchange rate on November 18 – 41.15 – 41.64 UAH);
- Euro – 43.50 – 44.15 UAH (rate on November 18 – 43.50 – 44.15 UAH).
According to banks, the dollar cash rates are as follows:
- Privatbank – UAH 41.05 – 41.65;
- Savings Bank – UAH 41.15 – 41.80;
- Ukrsibbank – UAH 41.10 – 41.70;
- FUIB – 41.20 – 41.70 UAH;
- Raiffeisen – 41.15 – 41.60 hryvnias.
