As of November 25, the official exchange rate of the dollar to the hryvnia from the NBU increased by 3 kopecks, the euro – decreased by 47 kopecks.

The official exchange rate of the dollar was set at UAH 41.31, the euro at UAH 42.99 (as of November 22, the dollar was UAH 41.28, the euro at UAH 43.46).
At 10:00 a.m., the exchange rate of the dollar against the hryvnia on the “black market” was UAH 41.59 – 41.65.
At the same time, the “black” rate of the euro was UAH 43.58 – 43.82.
The average currency exchange rates at bank counters were as follows:
- US dollar – 41.15 – 41.65 UAH (exchange rate on November 22 – 41.20 – 41.65 UAH);
- Euro – 43.10 – 43.85 UAH (exchange rate on November 22 – 43.35 – 43.95 UAH).
According to banks, the dollar cash rates are as follows:
- Privatbank – UAH 41.05 – 41.65;
- Savings Bank – 41.15 – 41.75 UAH;
- Ukrsibbank – UAH 41.10 – 41.70;
- FUIB – 41.20 – 41.70 UAH;
- Raiffeisen – 41.10 – 41.64 UAH.
