If you decide to convert your vehicle, you should first contact the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to obtain a conclusion on the approval for conversion. This can be done in two ways: personally at: Kyiv, str. Dreams, 19 either to the postal address, or to the State Enterprise “State Terransndiproect”. The appropriate package of documents must also be submitted:
- a written statement on the approval of the conversion of the vehicle, which states information about the vehicle, type of conversion, as well as the technical and other information required for conversion;
- payment documents (payment orders, receipts) with the code conducted or marking the bank, the post office or the code of the transaction (payment details) on the payment of payment in any form that can be verified by the state service of verification of receipts;
- a written order or notarized power of attorney confirming the authority of the representative.
If the application is submitted by an authorized person, the power of the representative to submit or receive documents, pay the cost of the service, etc. shall be clearly indicated. The cost of the service is currently 133 UAH 40 kopecks. (including the cost of form products – which is 35 UAH. 40 kopecks) does not exceed 10 working days from the date of registration of the application for re -equipment approval.
In order to obtain a conclusion on the approval of the conversion of the vehicle, an individual must bring a passport. And a legal entity is a document that certifies, power of attorney in the form of M-2 or on the company form of the enterprise. In case of receipt of the conclusion directly by the head of the enterprise with you, it is necessary to have a seal of the enterprise, a passport and a certified extract from the register of legal entities.
Only after receiving a positive conclusion, the vehicle can be converted: both independently and in a competent entity. Next, you need to obtain a certificate of conformity at the Certification Authorized Ministry of Infrastructure. Then you need to contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs Service Center and re -register the converted vehicle.
